Payment and Fees

Fees & Payment Policy

FEE STATEMENT

In most cases, clients are charged a single agreed fee. The fee paid covers the entire cost of my representation. You pay a specific amount to complete a service. If your case is dismissed after one phone call, if we proceed to jury trial, or if your case lasts three years, we have agreed on the fee.

It remains the same. You have hired me to solve a problem, and I will do everything I can to accomplish that as quickly and effectively as possible. Each fee is determined on a case-by-case basis and is a factor of the nature and number of charges as well as the complexity of the case.

The Strength You Need to Overcome Difficult Times

Unwavering Commitment

While I realize that all attorneys claim they are committed, I strongly believe that I empathize with all of my clients. By limiting my practice in the number and types of cases I handle, I am able to more effectively address the needs of each individual.

Extensive Insight

I have over 25 years’ experience in criminal defense, a Ph.D., and extensive knowledge of forensics. Furthermore, I am a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College (NCDC), where I received advanced criminal defense and trial training.

Relentless Investigation

Lawyers who rely solely on their “courtroom panache” will often fall short. I work in close collaboration with private investigators to make sure every shred of evidence is available to defend my clients.
